Inspired by*Celtic Bolts artwork. Same concept different theme and medium.
Well its 50% vector and 50% rasterizng of this Tank.
There was gradient involved so edit some areas of the tank won't go too shiny. I made atmosphere spooky red to it's in the heat of Battle or War.
